Karate – Mixed Martial Arts
“Our award-winning children’s martial arts classes run for kids 4 years and upwards.Our aim is to teach children life skills such as the importance of respect, discipline and self-control which can be utilised in everyday like and in everyday situations. Music Lessons, Dance and Speech Drama @
LVAC, based in Loughton, Milton Keynes offers Dance (Ballet, Tap, Modern and Contemporary) from 2 years to adults, Music (Guitar, Clarinet, Saxophone, Recorder, Trumpet, Trombone, Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello and Singing (Classical and Pop/Musical theatre) as well as Speech and Drama lessons. All lessons are available to both children and adults of all abilities.
The first lesson is free of charge.

Get your children off to a great start with the most successful junior club in the area.
Our junior tennis activities are a big hit with kids, helping them not just to learn the game, but to really have fun playing too.
Our ever popular mini and junior sessions with Head Coach, Dominic Ross-Hurst and his coaching team take place term time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm and Sunday mornings between 9:15 am and 1:00 pm.
On Friday is Junior Club night from 5 – 7pm and Saturdays there is Multi-Sports from 9.00-12.00 am.

Fly High with Milton Keynes trampolining! Learn from the experts all the skills you need to jump, twist and turn. We have 6 trampolines here at the Kingston centre so you get plenty of turns. Our coaches are all CRB checked and qualified. We run classes for all ages from 2 ½ all the way up to adults. Our recreation classes are all about having fun whilst keeping fit, if you wish to learn some of the more difficult skills you may get asked to have trial for squad which is a great achievement. Our squad trampolinists compete at grades all over the country and have won many medals.
The National Badminton Centre, based in Milton Keynes, opened its doors to members in January 2000. It is the training centre for England’s world class performance and squads.
